Any repair we make will come with a maximum of a two year guarantee depending on the age and the condition of the equipment.

If we replace any parts of the CCTV system the new parts will come with a two year guarantee as standard and will be replaced with new if the product fails due to component failure. The only things that aren’t covered will be accidental or malicious damage.

If the system is not repairable we will give you a breakdown of the parts and costs involved in repairing the system. Once you have authorised the work we will commence fitting the new parts and give you a comprehensive on site training guide on how to use the system.

Preventative maintenance is also recommended, why wait till your system breaks down. Take out one of our after care packages which would protect your property or site and would be fully maintained and would benefit from reduced call out charges and parts discount. To get a preventative maintenance agreement an engineer would visit site and make a site inspection, report and finally a written quote for the years cover.
