Terms and conditions for a clients intercom system repair guarantee are that following a repair a site inspection will be done to assess the condition of the equipment, on being satisfied that it is a reliable and safe system we issue the end user or management company with a years breakdown cover for free,this will also depend on the age and condition of the system, if the system does not fit into this criteria then advice will be given for getting the system to standard. if the end user or management company wants to carry on with the aftercare for the following year a site inspection and a quote for the year will be issued in writing. The aftercare is for diagnostics only and no parts or labour are included. If the end user or management company wishes to add additional cover for parts and labour a written quote will be issued on request and be subject to a thirty day validity period. The aftercare does not cover any accidental damage or vandalism damage to the intercom system or storm/rain damage, lightening and sun damage.

PLANNED MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
We can offer you an intercom maintenance agreement for your intercom system or door entry system equipment which will eliminate any problems you have to deal with on site, the agreement will be on a yearly basis and can be for either call out's only or for call out, parts and labour which will be calculated on the size of the site and the type of system that is installed This would give you unlimited site visits per year if needed to do diagnostics and a report on the problems and the solution to the faults. Also the agreement will include one visit per year as a preventative maintenance check and this will involve cleaning the panel, the inspection of all working parts, re-wire of connections if needed and a test to the system to check it is working correctly. This can give the system a longer life and can cut down on faults occurring through the year.

Most site visits for door entry repair initially last for about half an hour for diagnostics but this depends on the size of the site and the nature of the intercom's fault, in this time we will diagnose the fault and make a full report or fix the problem on the spot.
Also we can repair any part of the door entry system such as locks, door closers, magnetic locks, electric strikes, cable damage, entry panels, push to exit buttons, video modules, handsets, phone line based intercoms, power supplies. In the event of not being able to repair any of the relevant parts on site we would provide you with a verbal or written quote outlining the fault and the action needed to rectify it.
